Two brothers and a friend died and two others were hurt in a car accident in Raleigh, North Carolina on Jan. 22.
The brothers were 19 and 17, and their friend was an 18 year old man. The North Carolina Highway Patrol responded to the Raleigh crash at the intersection of Forestville Road and Buffaloe Road at 2 am.
Police said the driver crossed the center line and slammed into an SUV. Two people in the SUV were sent to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. State troopers are investigating if the driver was under the influence of alcohol, but they have confirmed that speeding was a factor in the wreck.
