The FBI and the State Bureau of Investigation is seeking anyone that might have more information about vehicles stolen around Gastonia at the time of the killing as there is a possible link to the murder.  Additionally, investigators want to know if anyone remembers picking up two men looking for a ride near the crime scene.

The task force in charge of the cold case file is now incorporating the latest technology to review the historical evidence and data and will soon release a suspect profile based on the evidence gathered.
